I
am having a problem with my nails. I had
acrylics for so long & my nails always
seem infected. What can I do? |

You
can incorporate a few herbs into daily vitamin
routine that can help. Echinacea speeds the
healing process, Tea Tree kills fungus and
Thyme is another anti fungal herb. Let your
nails breathe and do not use polish for at
least a month. By all means stay away from
acrylics. |

of estrogen. Chamomile in essential oil form
or a good tea. Motherwort helps decrease
