I having a problem with my nails. I had acrylics for so long & my nails always seem infected. What can I do? |

You can incorporate a few herbs into daily vitamin routine that can help. Echinacea speeds the healing process, Tea Tree kills fungus and Thyme is another anti fungal herb. Let your breathe and do not use polish for at least a month. By all means stay away from acrylics. |

There a few herbs you may want to try. Black Cohosh helps balance hormones and offsets the decline of estrogen. Chamomile in essential oil form or a good tea. Motherwort helps decrease uterine contractions. I also pay attention to your diet during that week try to eat a balanced healthy diet and stay clear of fatty, sweet foods. |
