During flu season this is a wonderful oil to blend with all natural liquid soaps. Lavender oil: We see this oil in almost everything from baby products to shower gels. Lavender can help all areas of the body & mind.
Chamomile: Oil we see in several different products.
Lemongrass: A fresh scent to help you start your day; if you have trouble getting started in the morning then this oil can help.
These are just a few oils we can use to heal, calm and treat our bodies, mind & soul with. Try something natural instead of reaching for the medicine cabinet; your body will thank you for it.
