How it works:
Two types of accounts are available. A Shopper account is the standard, individual account a person receives upon signup. With a Shopper account, individuals are able to deposit money, to create a personal profile, and to shop at all RocketCash merchants.
A Parent account allows them to identify permitted merchants for a child’s Shopper account. By using a Parent account, they can set up young children for shopping online and still maintain the peace of mind they want choosing which stores/products a child can access.

For merchants who offer digital services such as software, memberships, subscriptions, etc. Both Merchant and buyer must join the Qpass network in order to use this service. When the consumer makes a purchase the charges are stored on their Qpass account. Then each month, Qpass will charge the ‘s credit card and then the merchant receives payment for their services or products.
