BasketBizHelp.com reserves the right to suspend performance of its obligations (or under any other agreement with Advertiser) in the event Advertiser fails to make timely payment as agreed.

All advertising space is allocated strictly on a first-come, first-placed basis and at times there may be a waiting list for specific advertising spots.

Advertiser will provide all materials for the advertisement to BasketBizHelp.com,as follows:

Text Ads:
text and linking URL should be sent to us as part of your order form, or may be sent to us via email: sales@basketbizhelp.com

Banner Ads:
banner graphics should be sent to us as part of your order form, or may be sent as attachments via email to: sales@basketbizhelp.com

acceptable banner graphic format: .gif or .jpg

Right to Reject Advertisement

BasketBizHelp.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, ad campaign order, URL link, space reservation or position commitment, at any time, for any reason whatsoever (specifically, if it is our belief that placement of advertisement, URL link, etc, may subject BasketBizHelp.com to criminal or civil liability).

Refunds
Once an advertising order and payment has been received, and the campaign has been placed, no refunds are issued.
