Terms of Payment 

All payments must be made at the time of booking. All payments are made through PayPal and are sent using email: pahlavi @aol.com. Though PayPal, payment can be processed using a credit card, online check, or a direct balance transfer.

If you do not have a PayPal account, click here to register. It is free, and only requires an email account to open.

BasketBizHelp.com reserves the right to suspend performance of its obligations (or under any other agreement with Advertiser) in the event Advertiser fails to make timely payment as agreed. 

Ad Run, Waiting Lists

All advertising space is allocated strictly on a first-come, first-placed basis and at times there may be a waiting list for specific advertising spots.

We will post on our » main advertising page, if a wait will exist for any specific advertising option choice.

Provision of Advertising Content

Advertiser will provide all materials for the advertisement to BasketBizHelp.com,as follows:

Text Ads:
text and linking URL should be sent to us as part of your order form, or may be sent to us via email: pahlavi @aol.com

Banner Ads:
banner graphics should be sent to us as part of your order form, or may be sent as attachments via email to: pahlavi @aol.com

acceptable banner graphic format: .gif or .jpg 

Right to Reject Advertisement

BasketBizHelp.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, ad campaign order, URL link, space reservation or position commitment, at any time, for any reason whatsoever (specifically, if it is our belief that placement of advertisement, URL link, etc, may subject BasketBizHelp.com to criminal or civil liability).

Refunds
Once an advertising order and payment has been received, and the campaign has been placed, no refunds are issued.
